Phase 6 — the bootable USB diagnostic tool boots outside Windows entirely.

The biggest single milestone in the roadmap, boot-tested end-to-end in QEMU. Ten more phases of real-machine debugging and app-shell polish followed on the desktop side since — below is the fuller history. Every phase shipped real, committed code.

Explicitly not claimed yet.

The UAC-branding renders, the kernel-format-dump tooltips, and the double-scroll/toggle-click fix from Phases 5.56–5.61 are logic- and typecheck-verified only — not yet confirmed on a live Windows session.

The actual Buildroot cross-build has not completed in this sandbox's network policy — the boot pipeline itself has been verified via a host-package substitute.

No real hardware boot of the USB image has been attempted yet.
